A-In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, MA on Tuesday May 29th, 2018 beginning at 6:45pm regarding a special permit and change of use request for 120 Fryeville Road (Map 103, Lot 63) by Ralph Carpenter of 115 Fryeville Road, Orange, Massachusetts for a change of use from agricultural to residential accessory garage for an existing single family home not on the same lot as the house. Relevant zoning bylaw sections 6010 and 2230.The application may be in the Community Development Office at the Orange Armory during the normal business hours of M,T,Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00pm. This notice published in Athol Daily Newspaper on 5/14/18 and 5/21/18 and electronically on www.atholdailynews.com and www.masspublicnotices.org.
