ADDITION/ALTERATION: 18-038 Frank Shealey Law Offices/c/o Frank Shealey – Application to replace a railroad tie retaining wall with a stone retaining wall located at 33-41 Stage Harbor Road. 18-042 Tony & Janine Hojnoski – Application to change the first floor windows on the building located at 442 Main Street. 18-044 Lisa Leonard/c/o Keith Gilmore – Application to replace 13 windows with Harvey white vinyl windows and 2 skylights with Velux skylights on the building located at 216D Orleans Road. MINOR MODIFICATION TO EXISTING COA: 18-008 Eastward Companies – Application to change the rear wing of the structure and to change the landscaping/hardscaping plan on the property located at 185 Queen Anne Road. PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE: Chatham Conservation Foundation/c/o Matthew Cannon – Discussion of a proposed ground sign on the property located at 540 Main Street. ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION: 18-045 William Riley – Application to replace exterior trim in like kind on the building located at 2350 Main Street. 18-046 William Riley – Application to repair the roof on the garage (emergency maintenance) located at 2350 Main Street. 18-047 William Riley – Application to install an outdoor shower (work not visible) on the property located at 2350 Main Street.
