6:35 PM – Notice of Intent (continued) – 21 Moore Road (Map 67, Parcel 52); DEP File No. 092-1020.  The NOI, filed by Chris Aitken, is for the construction of a single-family residence, septic system, and associated grading, portions of which will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

6:45 PM – Notice of Intent – 80 Lake Haven Lane (Map 26, Parcel 31).  The NOI, filed by Krista Penning, is for the construction of a single-family residence, portions of which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Lake Watatic.

6:55 PM – Notice of Intent – 315 Rindge Turnpike (Map 71, Parcel 5).  The NOI, filed by the Welden Family Realty Trust, is for the demolition of the existing house, construction of a new dwelling, replacement of the existing septic system, installation of a new well, and improvements to the existing driveway, portions of which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands associated with Billy Ward Pond.

7:05 PM – Request for Determination of Applicability – 15 Spruce Drive (Map 46, Parcel 20).  The RDA, filed by the Lombardi Family Living Trust, is for the construction of a 10’ x 10’ shed within the 100-foot buffer zone of Sunset Lake.

7:15 PM – Notice of Intent – 45 Winding Cove Road (Map 48, Parcel 51).  The NOI, filed by Alex Tourigny, is for the construction of a single-family residence, installation of a septic system, water service connection, and a driveway, portions of which will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
