New Business:
1. Agency Administration: 2017 Series A Bond
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the status of this prospective refinancing.
2. Agency Administration: Compliance Review
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its November 17, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the land bank’s triennial inspection of the various properties subject to land bank conservation restrictions (CRs) and agricultural preservation restrictions (APRs).
3. Agency Land Management: Personnel
The Land Bank Commission will discuss its Trade Wind Fields Preserve attendant position.
4. Makonikey Coal Mine Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the possible disposition of this property.
5. Southern Woodlands Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its December 19, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the possible creation of a public campground here.
6. West Tisbury Trail Planning
The Land Bank Commission will review notice of a Martha’s Vineyard Commission hearing regarding the possibility of designating the Road to Jericho Way, also known as Manter’s Path, as a special way.
