The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.  

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:
113 Seapine Road , 113 Seapine LLC: Proposed installation of outdoor shower at 113 Seapine Road, Assessors Map 11K parcel HC10. 

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:                                                                                             
127 Old Salt Works Road, Kevin & Hope Foley, SE 10-3168: Continued hearing for proposed removal of existing dwelling, garage & sewage disposal system; proposed construction of new dwelling & garage to meet FEMA requirements; new sewage disposal system; at 127 Old Salt Works Rd, Assessors Map 13M parcel C37; Applicant has requested a continuance to April 26, 2017. 

558 Fox Hill Road, Hannigan Development –applicant, Elizabeth Wolin & Margaret Skinner - owners, SE 10-3169: Continued hearing for proposed demolition of existing dwelling and swimming pool; construction of new dwelling, swimming pool, septic system; invasive plant species removal; at 558 Fox Hill Road, Assessors Map 11M parcel P1.
