7pm  Continuation of hearing Lot 9 RW Moore (AKA 52 RW Moore)In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will continue the hearing opened on 10/1/19 regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan request for Lot 9 RW Moore, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 250, Parcel 4) by applicant Fidelity Wellness Center, Inc, 38 Church Street, Winchester, MA 01890 and MJ Management of same address  for: permission to construct a manufacturing facility greater than 10,000 sq ft for the purposes of cannabis cultivation, manufacture and transportation in accordance with section 2234, 5300, 5400 of the Zoning Bylaws of Orange. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Thursday 7 am to noon.
