The Land Bank Commission will conduct a hearing regarding the extinguishment of this “m” exemption (transfer no. 47539).
New Business
1. Makonikey Coal Mine Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its April 7, 2003 meeting, its discussion of the possible disposition of this property.
2. Three Ponds Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its May 20, 2014 meeting, its
discussion of a trench that Verizon had dug in the portion of the Old Indian Trail
that traverses a lot (tax parcel no. 31-160) in this reservation.
