The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:
248 Stage Neck Road, William & Judith Piccione: Proposed establishment of new 4-ft wide pathway adjacent to existing Conservation Foundation pathway within an easement; proposed relocation of a portion of the existing pathway to the new pathway at 248 Stage Neck Road, Assessors Map 10B parcel 8C.
The following applicant has filed a Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions:
