5:10 PM/Map 35 Lot 3.1/SE79- 346 continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank for property located at 126 Road to Great Neck to be known as Short Cove Preserve. The applicant seeks permission to maintain an existing farm road as a walking path, install ground-level board walk within a coastal dune and/or bordering vegetated wetland, re-establish an overgrown trail, establish a wet season trail, move or erect new fencing and create four 4 view channels.
