The purpose for the special permit is because the property is a pre-existing, non-conforming lot in the Flood Plain District and requires a special permit as per section 6, Nonconforming Land Uses and Structures. Deed Book: 49777 Page: 1, recorded in the Worcester Registry of Deeds.  This hearing is an Administrative Appeal by Roland & Diane Blais of the decision from the Zoning Enforcement Officer dated March 26, 2014 regarding Brookfield Motors debris being stored on their property.
