ATTENDANCE: Sally Brown (SB) Yes, Barbara Clancy (BC) Yes Matt Bansfield (MB) , Carol Plumb (CP), Shelby Hill (SOH) , Traci Hill (TH). No quorum, meeting closed after 15 minutes. Change meeting time to 6:30 p.m.
February 8 Trustees meeting at 4:30 p.m. did not have quorum and was closed at 4:45 p.m., although Brenda did hear from Shelby and Traci after I closed the meeting. Barbara and Sally attended.

Ratify Library Payroll FY20 warrants dated FY21 November, December 2020 January 2021, and February 2021.
Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated FY21 November, December 2020 January 2021 and February 2021.
Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated FY21 November, December 2020 January 2021 and February 2021.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street FY21 November, December 2020 January 2021 and

Review in-library appointments. We reopened for one person/one family appointments on February 4, 2021 when the COVID numbers started coming down. All going well! Patrons are very respectful. Circulation numbers are up to 1547 for October. June was 726, July 1578, August 1421, September 1383, we are at 47.2% operating level. By December we were at 87% with 1609 circulations. We closed in-house visits on December 23.
Traci has moved to Brimfield and submitted a letter of resignation, Discussion? Rebecca Morin and Erica Robert pulled election papers to run for Trustees in February. Matt and Carol?
