Call Meeting to Order:

1.)  Review and sign minutes of meeting held on January 4, 2016.
2.)  Review and sign amended certification for Chapter 61A land.
3.)  Review and sign Monthly list of Motor vehicle Abatements.
4.)  Review Annual Town Report to submit to the BOS.
5.)  Appointment to view property for an abatement.
6.)  Review Budget information to submit to BOS.
7.)  Any other such business that shall come before the Board.

ASSESSOR'S MEETINGS ARE CONDUCTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF MGL 30A SECTION 20 PARAGRAPH F.
