5:35 PM - An application from Mary Beth Keenan, for an accessory apartment.  Under Section 4.4-3A and 11.1-3 of the Zoning Bylaws, Map 11 Lot 61, RU District.

5:55 PM – An application from Shawn Chapps, agent for Kevin Chavers, for a 12” by 60’ in ground swimming pool and related pool equipment.  Under Zoning Bylaws section 8.5-4(C), Map 30 Lot 2.82, 15 Pond Rd, RU District.
