In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 2234, 5300 and 5400 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hear the continuance of Jan 19ths hearing regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan request for Lot 6E RW Moore Ave., Orange MA 01364 (Map 250, Lot 6E) in Zone B by applicant Cannapy Realty LLC, 655 Park Ave, Suite NETC, New York, NY 10065 and property owner George A. Hunt Jr. 56 Magoon Road, Orange, MA 01364 for: use of site for cannabis manufacturing facility consisting of over 50,000 sq ft.
2)Hearing for Special Permit for Lot Coverage Increase-In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass.
