| Agenda: | PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE SHUTESBURY PLANNING BOARD The Shutesbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 7:15pm at the Town Hall, 1 Cooleyville Road, Shutesbury, MA to consider four amendments to the Shutesbury Zoning By-law which would: 1) forbid the keeping of livestock, excluding poultry, within 400 feet of the bank of Lake Wyola; 2) replace the existing waiver provision of the Ground-Mounted Solar by-law with a new version; 3) replace the existing waiver provision of the Wireless Communication Facilities by-law with a new version; and 4) establish a new by-law for the regulation of marijuana establishments. Texts of the proposed amendments are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours.
