•Inventory of what’s in the kitchen including table set up and clothes.
•Review of who will do what and walk through the tour
•Agreement on timing for the Friday set up. Can we arrive at 3pm on Friday June 21st?
•Please send me the names of the volunteers you have for the day. Everyone should plan to be at the event on Saturday June 22nd at 9am. Lisa or Sue, who will open the church for us?
•Review who will be in costume the day of the event.
•Any outstanding items will also be reviewed.
