The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:45 pm Public Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Mark Webber to install a septic holding tank at 187 Conomo Point Road.
8:00 pm Public Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Amy Woods to reconstruct a private pier, ramp and float at 16 Lufkin Point Lane.
8:15 pm Public Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Russell Kuhl to reconstruct a retaining wall with regrading partially within Chebacco Lake at 15 Red Gate Road.
