The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David Rimmer of Essex County Greenbelt Association to install a steel pedestal to support solar panels and dig a trench for conduit to connect existing solar unit with new solar unit at 82 Eastern Avenue
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intnet filed by Brendan Reilly to demolish existing structure and construct a single family dwelling at 15 Burnham Court
