The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:  

75 Old Mail Road, Thomas LeBlanc:  Proposed construction of garage; removal of two sheds at 75 Old Mail Road, Assessors Map 14-I parcel 16.

The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Existing Order:  
51 Old Queen Anne Rd, FOJ Family Partnership LLC, SE 10-3269: Continuance of hearing for  Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-3269 to include pool & deck construction and withdrawal of proposed catwalk access structure to pond; allow existing pathway to naturalize at 51 Old Queen Anne Rd, Assessors Map 12F parcel 11.  

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:
