   the Fall Town Meeting
   2. Review of the Capital 
   Improvement Plan and financial 
   policy recommendations developed in 
   2017  - with Annual Town Meeting 
   votes added;
   3. Capital Improvement Planning 
   Form/information required

11:30     Review of Capital Article requests submitted for funding at the November Special Town Meeting


12:00 - Revising the Capital Plan for 2018: 
   1. Setting up two-person Liaison 
   teams for the Police, Fire and EMS, 
   Highway, Selectmen, Town Hall 
   Improvement Committee and Library
   2. Setting up Meeting schedule with 
   departments seeking capital  
   funding at the Fall Town Meeting
