The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

18-084         William Raveis/c/o Archer Signs – Application to replace the roof sign located at 37 Cross Street.

DEMOLITION:
18-085	Dennis Jordan - Application to demolish the garage located at 2337 Main Street.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
18-083	Keith Bradley/c/o Josh Drohan – Application to replace two sliding doors on the structure located at 15 Market Place.

18-079	   Linda Beach/c/o Homewatch Companies – Application to replace six windows, remove the atrium structure and construct a covered entry porch on the dwelling located at 138 George Ryder Road.

18-087	   Jay Harrington/c/o Richard Falletti – Application to replace brick pillars and railings and balusters on the second floor deck on the dwelling located at 107 Old Harbor Road.

18-088	   Emma Dickson/c/o David Dickson – Application to add dormers to the front of the dwelling located at 343 Main Street.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION:
18-078	   Linda Beach/c/o Homewatch Companies – Application to replace roofing and siding on a portion of the dwelling located at 138 George Ryder Road.

18-086	   Edmond Reid – Application to replace roof shingles on the dwelling located at 2523 Main Street.

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
