General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing July 21, 2020 beginning at 7 pm regarding a request for second extension of a Special Permit and Site Plan Permit to July 1, 2021 for 10 and 24 East River Street (Map 110, Lot 60) by applicant East River Orange, LLC 280 Ayer Road, Harvard, MA 01451 (previously known as NJLJ Properties, LLC). Project description: gasoline station and convenience store with drive thru food service. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, this hearing will be conducted via teleconference.
