TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – October 21, 2020

The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd Floor Auditorium, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Town of Essex’s Planning Board is being conducted via remote participation.

Continued Public Hearing:
 0 Spring Street (Map121-001) relative to the application by Frederick Little for a modification to a previously approved Subdivision Plan for property located at Spring Street (Continued from meeting of October 7, 2020)

CORRESPONDENCE:

Email received from Shelly Bradbury requesting to be on the October 21 agenda.  The Chair replied that the October 21 meeting is a continuation of a Public Hearing and following the closure of the hearing, the Board will deliberate on the merits of the hearing request and draft a decision.  The Chair informed Ms. Bradbury that he would entertain opening discussions at the November 4th Planning Board meeting.
