To review litigation re ZBA Decision and Applicant's Complaint regarding Proposed Cell Tower at Chimney Hill Farm, Hall Road, Petersham.
Enter Executive Session re Roll Call Vote.
RE: Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.
Exit Executive Session via roll call vote.
