There is no update on the tree removal situation, although Brenda understands there is no budget proposed for the tree warden to accomplish this project.
David Cole, President of Colle Contracting, Inc. quoted $4995. To remove the existing door, re-work wood jamb, install a new continuous hinge, install the door to open out, install a rim exit device with crossbar design, and install an outside pull handle. All painting by others.
Brenda called Applied Roofing for estimate for water proofing exterior, Dave Cole mentioned the interior damage is from the bricks acting like a sponge and the whiting on the exterior of the bricks is another sign.
The Advisory Board requested a list of hours worked and hourly wage so a step and grade schedule may be created. We do not have a percentage increase yet.
We received notification from the Mass. Board of Library Commissioners of our second and final State Aid amount on March 25, 2015; $2594.02. Betty has been unavailable to obtain a current balance of this account (I estimate $6200?)
