1.	Review the FY15 Expenditures and Receivables reports  
2.	Review the Bank Statements & Bank Reconciliations
3.	Review and approve Directors Expense report
Executive:
•	The Disability grant is underway all the contracting and subcontracting has been completed, Theresa and Felicia are working with the partners to recruit, train and place eligible participants 
•	We will be applying for a NEW NEG Sector Grant in the next two weeks. As you know 9c cuts eliminated state funding for the continuation of our Manufacturing Training Grant, but we have this new opportunity through a USDOL NEG Sector grant. The State is the required applicant but has identified the regional WCTF Partnerships as the partners for this application 
•	The current WCTF Manufacturing Grant has met all of its’ outcome and enrollment goals, and we will be tracking job retention until June. Bill Blais will be working to complete the WCTF project and is working in one of the new part-time positions funded with the HI-B grant   
•	Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) USDOL has issued interim regulations for review and comment from the field (1,100 pages). The State Workforce Board has established several committees to develop implementation strategies for Massachusetts. This work will continue through the next fiscal year. The Governor has asked that the State integrated plan be submitted to him by November 2015
•	We have new staff working on the HI-B grant Penny Dolittle is the full time Project Coordinator she took Wendy Storms position and we added two part-time positions Bill Blais was hired to work the middle skills track in North Central and Penny Welch was hired for Central Mass, this project will be completed in March of 2016 but we anticipate applying for an extension.
•	Gigi and I presented the Manufacturing Training project with MWCC & MassMEP at the NAWDP Annual Conference May 4th
