Do you own a wood lot? Have an interest to put your land back to work? On Wednesday May 20th at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, the Brookfield AG Commission will host regional forester Kate Marquis. She will present a program for those interested in harvesting or improving their woodlots. Prices of all forest products are up and it is a good time to consider your options. All are welcome; this meeting is open to all towns and residents in the area to learn firsthand both from an experienced forest manager and those who have current experience. Direct questions to Clarence Snyder, Brookfield Ag Commission, 508-637-1377.
