Agency Land Management: Road Upkeep The Land Bank Commission will review a draft contract between itself and the commonwealth department of fish and game under which the commonwealth will reimburse the land bank up to $4000 for road repairs at the following public access sites: Great Rock Bight Preserve, Pecoy Point Preserve, Sepiessa Point Reservation. 2. Pecoy Point Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs) The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the Oak B luffs Conservation Commission of an application filed by neighbor David Hobart for landscaping.
