5:05 PM/ Map 1 Lot 23: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Michael Gately, Jr., owner of property located at 8 Norton Farm Road.  The project consists of the construction of a new single-family dwelling substantially outside the Buffer Zone with associated site work in the Buffer Zone

•	Continued Hearings:

5:10 PM/ Map 39  Lot 7/SE79-    a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering Group, LLC on behalf of Middle Point Shaq, LLC owner of property located at 208 Middle Point Road.  The applicant seeks permission to remove a failing gabion/rock revetment and replace it with 305+/- linear feet of new rock revetment, 56+/- linear feet of hybrid gabion basket-fiber roll shore protection, 140 +/- linear feet of fiber roll shore protection, 46.8 +/- cubic yards of annual sand nourishment and native plantings on the top of a coastal bank on Tisbury Great Pond.

6:00PM/Map 39 Lot 13/SE 79-356    public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. for a project to remove an existing single-family dwelling and septic system, and construct a new 5,054 square foot single-family dwelling, a 3,431 square foot deck, garage, pool and landscaping, and perform associated site work on property located at 245 Thumb Point Road owned by Anton C. Pil. The project is located within the Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and within an area of Estimated Habitat.

•	New Public Meetings:

6:45 PM/Map 3 Lot 3.4: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Department of Environmental Conservation at UMass, Amherest, and Biodiversity Works for a project on property located at 40 Bog House Way owned by Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation.  The project consists of the temporary placement of a receiving station to record signals from radio-tagged northern long-eared bats. The station consists of a 30’ metal tower with three~8’ high antennae and a receiver unit to be powered by a solar panel all of which will be located in the Buffer Zone.

Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Department of Environmental Conservation at UMass, Amherest, and Biodiversity Works for a project on property located at 51 Walter Hillman Road owned by Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation.  The project consists of the temporary placement of a receiving station to record signals from radio-tagged northern long-eared bats. The station consists of a 40’ metal tower with three~8’ high antennae and a receiver unit to be powered by a solar panel all of which will be located in the Buffer Zone.
