Call meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Rudy and Sarah Heller to discuss: The purchase of 18 Common Street will be a collaboration between the Board of Library Trustees, Historical Commission and the Friends of the Library.
Lease agreement/to purchase/ADA options? Repairs to roof? Limits? End date? 5 year lease? Friends of the Library will conduct Capital Campaign to raise funds. Plan for purchase/will need majority vote at town meeting for approval to purchase. Door jambs, bathroom, septic?
Matt and I will meet with CIPC on Wednesday, March 21 at 11:15 a.m. and present our five year plan.
Trustees: Barbara Clancy and Jeanne Eaton 2020, Sally Brown, Chair and Barbara Steadman 2019, Matthew Bansfield and Carol Plumb 2018 are up for reelection this May.
Ratify Library payroll FY18 warrants dated February 22, 2018.
Ratify Library Expense FY18 warrants dated January 29 and February 14, 2018.
Ratify Library Book FY18 warrant dated February 12, 21 and 28, 2018
Motion by and 2nd , all voted to approve.
Special Town Meeting may take place in June for FY18.
Plexi glass is off the front windows of the library. Arthur painted and will clean before tempered glass goes on the building.
The Collins Center is reviewing and scheduling interviews for the Compensation & Classification Study for town employees. Julia and Brenda’s interviews are Wednesday, March 7 during work hours.
