1- Bob to present written specifications for the (2) HS restrooms and incorporate transgender options.  Cost estimates.

2- Bob and Carol to present the DRAFT (5) year Capital Plan document for review, comments and suggestions.

3- A message has gone out to the ARP designer to confirm window/door security within the project and a suggestion is to renovate the HS front door entrance area similar to the current ACES front door area vestibule allowing people only into that secured area between security doors for the receptionist to decide to open the next set of security doors before the visitor has full access to the school.

4- Review track project phase only for the track portion of the project is costed out at $1,100,000.  David King would like to attend and update the committee on the $60,000 donation for the pavillion.

5- Bob to present any updates on the HS digital sign cost. The bid requires a written scope, (3) written quotes, posting in central register and 50% payment bond.
