V PUBLIC HEARING
A-In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Orange Town Hall at 6 Prospect Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 beginning at 6:30 p.m. regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan review [Orange Zoning Bylaw Section 2235] request by Jefe Solar I, at 56 R. W. Moore Drive (One parcel, identified as assessor’s parcel 250-1) for the installation of a 1,523,000 kWh ground-mounted solar PV system, construction of a 1,030 feet access driveway and the associated stormwater systems. The array and related infrastructure will occupy approximately 1.8 acres. The application may be reviewed at Town Hall, Community Development Office, during normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00.
