NB Development, LLC at 110A West Orange Road (Two parcels, identified as assessor’s parcels 227-11 & 228-4) for the construction of a 7.2 Megawatt ground-mounted solar array and related vehicular, utility and security infrastructure of the lots described above. The array and related infrastructure will occupy approximately 41 acres of the 175-acre site.
NB Development, LLC at 110 West Orange Road (Single parcel, identified as assessor’s parcel 227-18) for the construction of a 6.5 Megawatt ground-mounted solar array and related site improvements, with frontage on both Haskins Road and West Orange Road. The array and related infrastructure will occupy approximately 22 acres of the 36-acre site.
