The Board of Selectmen will go into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3), for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy with respect to the following matters, where such discussion in open session would have detrimental effect on the litigation position and negotiating position of the Town, and the chair so declares:
