7:40 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by David Savory to demolish an existing single-family residence with detached garage and construct a new single-family residence with associated attached garage, porches, deck, patio, driveway, utility services and landscaping at 20 Story Street.
7:50 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Carlton Coose to construct a raised planting bed and install a post and rail fence within a maintained lawn area within 100' of Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
