6:40 PM – Notice of Intent (continued) – 162 Ashby Road (Map 66, Parcel 61); DEP File No. 092-1022. The NOI, filed by Chris Aitken, is for the construction of a single-family residence within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
