TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – November 3, 2021

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd*
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

  In person attendance restriction has been lifted and Town Hall is open to the public as of June 1, 2021.  
             Effective 9/14/2021 masks are again required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:
37 Choate Street  Map 105-Lot 14  
The Building Inspector requested a review of a Building Department Permit Application to build a three stall barn with a hay loft and two overhangs.

Discussion of demolition of 52 Main Street.


ANR 2&4 King’s Court:
Paul Donohoe / Donohoe Survey, Inc. submitted an ANR for 2&4 King’s Court for a reconfiguration of lot lines. Parcel A is to become part of lot 2A (4 King’s Court)
Parcels B, C, & E are to become part of lot 1A (2 King’s Court)
Parcel D is to become part of lot 1A (2 King’s Court)
No additional lots are being created.

BOARD DISCUSSION:
•	Discussion of the MAPC planning kickoff meeting Tuesday November 2, 2021.
•	Review and vote of draft decision for the approval of the application of Tower North Development , LLC to install a Wireless Communications Facility on the property located at 73 Eastern Avenue and 65 Eastern Avenue.
