County and Land Bank Commission Treasurer’s Reports:

New Business:
1. Little Duarte’s Pond Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs, et al.)
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft of this property’s updated management plan.
2. Poucha Pond Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss this property’s agricultural preservation restriction.
3. Southern Woodlands Preservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its June 13, 2016 meeting, its discussion of its possibly leasing out a portion of this property for use as a primitive campground.
4. Agency Administration: “M Exemption
The Land Bank commission will discuss the “m” exemption and its statutory requirement to set its threshold annually; this was most recently performed at the Commission’s December 7, 2015 meeting.
5. Agency Land Management: Farmland Leases
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of its farmland leases.
