PUBLIC HEARING
Proposed Amendment to the Zoning By Law
In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Royalston Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at
seven thirty o’clock p.m. in the Town Hall located On the Common, on the first floor, to consider amending Section IX of the Zoning By Law, Recreational Marijuana Establishments, C., Definitions, to allow up to Tier 11 marijuana cultivator square footage.
Also, to consider amending Section IX, D., General Requirements and Conditions for All Marijuana Establishments, by adding number 9, which states no more than one marijuana establishment, either recreational or medical marijuana, shall be Tier 3 and up, meaning no larger than 10,001 square feet of canopy.
All interested parties who wish to be heard shall be heard. A draft of the proposed amendment will be available for review at the office of the Town Clerk, Whitney Hall, South Royalston, during regular open hours, and on the Town of Royalston website: www.royalston-ma.gov
