• Attendance at the Essex Conservation Commission’s regular meeting, along with the Town’s design professionals, to informally discuss the new public safety facility project with the Commission. Project involves both the Town’s property that was formerly part of the Spring Street cemetery and adjacent private property the Town plans to purchase at 11 John Wise Avenue.
• Matters that could not reasonably be anticipated by the Chairman in advance of the meeting posting deadline. |
