6:35 PM – (Continued from July 8th) Notice of Intent (Under the Ashburnham wetlands Protection Bylaw) – Lot 57 Mistletoe Dr. (Map 48 Parcel 139). The applicant, Karl Amrhein is filing for the construction of a single family home within the Buffer Zone of a vegetated wetland.
6:40 PM – Request For Determination – 7 Meadow Lane (Assessors Map 67, Parcel 28). The proposed work is the demolition of an existing structure and construction of a single family home.
6:45 PM – Notice Of Intent - 5 Cote Ave. (Map 19 Parcel 2). The proposed work is the construction of an addition to a single family home within the Buffer Zone of an intermittent stream.
6:50 PM – Notice Of Intent – Lot 4 Bray Ave. (Map 20 Parcel 81G). The proposed work is for the construction of a single family home within the Buffer Zone of a Vegetated Wetland.
6:55 PM – Notice Of Intent – School St., Cushing Academy Campus (Map 62 Parcel 1 & 2). The proposed work is for the construction of a dormitory building within the Riparian Zone of a perennial stream.
