The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
855 Old Queen Anne Road, Patricia Fuller: Proposed construction of 4’ x 10.5 ft addition to the north side of the existing dwelling at 855 Old Queen Anne Road, Assessors Map 8H parcel 1.  

81 Holway Street, Diane Chapman: Proposed installation of patio, walks, Foundation plantings mitigation plantings lawn and subsurface irrigation at 81 Holway St, Assessors Map 17C parcel 28.
