The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

HEARINGS 
The following applicant has filed a Requests for Determination of Applicability:
16 Captain’s Cove , Gerald Garavel, owner /applicant: Proposed removal of invasives; maintain original grade and planting of native plant material at 16 Captain’s Cove, Assessors Map 10L parcel C4. 

The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions: 
Town of Chatham –applicant, Town-Wide multiple locations ,SE 10-2759: Re-opening of hearing for a Request to Amend existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-2759 to include expansion of proposed dredging and disposal operations into portions of Pleasant Bay, Chatham Harbor, Stage Harbor, Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, Town-Wide multiple locations.
