Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes as edited from Monday, September 14, 2015. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor yes.
Ratify Library Payroll FY16 warrant dated, September 14 and September 28, 2015. Motion by , 2nd ,
Ratify Library Expense warrant dated September 21, 2015. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor aye.
Ratify Library Book warrants dated, September 21 and October 5, 2015. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor aye.
SLIN GRANT: The Small Libraries in Networks grant was cut (again). We will be receiving a bill for $300 due to the cut. We received $2500, but will have to pay $300, so we received, $2200 for FY16. Last year we only were granted $900. Still an improvement.
BUILDING: Status update of re-pointing the east side of the building. Status update of door conversion (Matt). Updated information, new issue with some stone work falling onto the front entrance under spotlight. Mason hasn’t gotten back to us, he will fix ramp before the snow flies. Exit device for the door, Matt is researching (Kampco).
Financial Report and Compliance Report; The MBLC reports for the FY15 budget and FY16 budget was submitted before deadline. The Compliance report was also submitted.
VERSAILLES DESK: Some discussion with the staff regarding moving the desk from the second floor of the town hall to the library. We will need to take some measurements.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS: New job descriptions have been drafted and includes a new position; Senior Library Assistant.
