II. Approval of December 1, 2021 Meeting Minutes

III. Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan: William and Mary Marshall property located at 4039 South Athol Road (Map 55 Parcel 17)

IV. 7:10pm Public Hearing, Major Site Plan Review for Uma Cultivation, LLC for property located at 706 Petersham Road (Map 46 Parcels 45 and 87); request is for construction of an additional 10,000 square-foot building, which would provide for a building footprint that would total 20,000 square feet. On December 2, 2020 Uma Cultivation. LLC was issued a Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit for Marijuana Cultivation and Processing Establishment per the Licensed Marijuana Establishment provisions of Section 3.29 and a Minor Site Plan Approval for the construction of up to 10,000 square-feet of buildings for marijuana cultivation and manufacturing uses.  Public Hearing continued from December 1, 2021.

V.   Other New Business:

A.	Minor Modification to Previously Approved Special Permit, request from Green Speed Delivery to change the entity granted the Special Permit from Green Speed Delivery, LLC to Green Speed Delivery, Inc.  Special Permit was granted on November 3, 2021
B.	Approval of updated Board of Planning and Community Development Special Permit Application

VI. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, February 2, 2022) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential for alternative meeting location from Room #21 over the winter months (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
