Information for Meeting of Highway Negotiation Sub Committee

OPEN SESSION 
1.       Review and approval of open session minutes from the following negotiating subcommittee meeting(s):  April 20, 2017
2.       Motion to meet in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. chapter 30A, sec. 21(a) for the following purposes:
•         Purpose (3): to discuss strategy with respect to and in preparation for collective bargaining with the Teamsters Union representing DPW workers because an open discussion may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Committee, and
•         Purpose (2): to conduct a collective bargaining session with the Teamsters Union representing DPW workers.
 EXECUTIVE SESSION 
1.       Review and approval of executive session minutes from the following negotiating subcommittee meeting(s):  April 20, 2017
2.       Discussion of strategy with respect to and in preparation for collective bargaining with the Teamsters Union representing DPW workers pursuant to MGL c. 30A section 21(a) purpose (3).
3.       To conduct a collective bargaining session with the Teamsters Union representing DPW workers pursuant to MGL c. 30A section 21(a) purpose (2).
