Call meeting to order

Review, edit minutes from, Monday, May 8, 2017. Motion to accept . Motion by, 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library payroll FY17 warrant dated May 18, June 1 and June 15, 2017. Motion by 2nd all in favor.
Ratify Library Expense FY17 warrant dated May 22, 2017. Motion by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Book FY17 warrant dated May 10, May 22 and June 6, 2017. Motion by ,2nd all in favor.
Article of the Annual Town Meeting was due Friday, May 5, Brenda submitted the article for $7,400 (architect fees) for the MPPF grant for the front façade of the library. This article was passed over and will be on the Fall Warrant.
The Massachusetts Preservation Projects fund application (Round 23) is due March 24, 2017. The Important Dates — Round 23:
Award selection: June 14, 2017
Mandatory Awardees LPC Workshop: July 12, 2017 at MHC in Boston.
Project end date: June 30, 2018
C/WMars Annual agreement (not a contract) for FY18 for Library Director to sign and submit.
It was recommended by Amy Dugas, Quaboag Historical Society to explore historic programs which they will fund. Brenda has contacted Sam and Julie Grant to perform the Ulysses S. Grant presentation in September. The Quaboag Historical Society approved $600 for this program, the Friends will pay the $400 balance.
From BOS: They approved a program to update the Town’s Open Space and Recreation plan.
From BOS: Appointments to committees will be made at the June 20th meeting.

From Julia: Registered at Holyoke Community College, has 4 online classes for this fall term, she will attend for 2 years and transfer to 4 year college to attain a Bachelor’s degree.
