New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Natural Heritage Law
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the commonwealth natural heritage department’s proposed revised habitat maps.
2. Agency Administration: Fiscal Year 2018 Budget
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft preliminary budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2017.
3. Cove Meadow Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the Chappaquiddick Open Space Committee’s efforts to assist the land bank with the purchase of the former Baldwin Self property.
4. Makonikey Coal Mine Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its January 23, 2017 meeting, its discussion of the possible conveyance of this property for affordable housing.
5. Trade Wind Fields Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss its Oak Bluffs Town Advisory Board’s May 2, 2017 vote regarding management of this property.
