6:35 PM – Amendment to an Order of Conditions – Stodge Meadow Pond. (Continued)  (Map 66 Parcel 35). The proposed work is the Annual Drawdown for Stodge Meadow Pond.

6:40 PM – Notice Of Intent – Lot 2, 4 Bray Ave. (Map 20 Parcel 81E).  The applicant, Edmond McSweeney, is filing for the construction of a single family home within the Buffer Zone of a Vegetated Wetland.

6:45 PM – Notice Of Intent – Lot 3, 6 Bray Ave. (Map 20 Parcel 81F).  The applicant, Edmond McSweeney, is filing for the construction of a single family home within the Buffer Zone of a Vegetated Wetland.

6:50 PM – Notice Of Intent – 7 Dunn Rd. (Map 49 Parcel 1A).  The applicants, Jason & Tara Walton, are filing for the construction of a  replacement Septic System within the Riverfront Area for the Millers River.

6:55 PM – Request For Determination – 54 Saari Camp Rd. (Map 53 Parcel 31). The proposed work is the reconstruction of a two bedroom structure and installation of a tight tank within the Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

7:00 PM – Notice Of Intent – 301 Rindge Turnpike Rd. (Map 71 Parcel 2).  The applicant Ronald Airey, is filing for the removal of an existing structure and construction of a  single family home and septic system within the Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

7:05 PM – Request For Determination – Rail Trail (Map 71 Parcel 2). The proposed work is the maintenance and repairs to the Rail Trail between Willard Rd. & Cashman Hill Rd..

7:05 PM – Request For Determination – 6 Sunset Isle Rd. (Map 45 Parcel 37). The proposed work is replacement of a septic system within the buffer Zone of Sunset Lake.
7:10 PM – Notice Of Intent – 204 Lakeshore Dr.. (Map 57 Parcel 10).  The applicant Rita King, is filing for the removal of an existing barn and construction of a  garage within the Buffer Zone of Lake Watatic.
