5:10 PM / Map 32 Lot 102: public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Board of Selectmen on behalf of the Town of West Tisbury for a project to replace the fishway at Mill Pond. The work will be done by the Division of Marine Fisheries on land owned by the Town at 682 Edgartown West Tisbury Road.
5: 30 PM/ Map 35 Lot 6.3/SE79-345 :a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Beetlebung Tree Care, LLC on behalf of Phyllis Segal owner of property located at 40 Plum Bush Point Road . The applicant seeks permission to re-establish a previously approved view channel and to perform work to remove non-native invasive species within the buffer zone, bordering vegetated wetland and salt marsh. DEP File # letter – no comments.
